R & D's Warranty
All R&D Computer systems come with a 1 year 100% parts and labor warranty. What this means is that (unless otherwise stated) for 1 year from the date of the invoice if any component of the computer system fails due to defects in materials or workmanship we will replace or repair it and ship it back to the customer at no charge. The customer needs to retain all shipping boxes, receipts, manuals, and related documents so that we can return the defective component/s to the manufacturer/s (they always want the original boxes and paperwork.) We will replace from stock any items that we can rather than make the customer wait the 30+ days that it takes for the manufacturer to honor their warranty. In the event of a warranty claim it is the customers' responsibility to furnish shipping to our shop. We will not pay any freight bills for the shipment.
